This is a massive gilded mirror made by the middle part of the 19th century during the reign of Napoleon III consisting of an arched frame mounted by heraldic shield cartouche and embellished with intricate floral garlands. Note the large moldings surrounding the beginning of the 20th century mirror. Note minor dark spots on the mirror and a few minor chips on the frame (the chips will be restored, this service is included in the price). Circa date 1860. Dimensions 81”high/ 49 ½”wide.
