Sales Policies:

The French Antiques Warehouse (TFAW) is a division of Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc. located at 121 North Goldthwaite St Montgomery, Alabama, 36104.

Prices and Services: Prices are in U.S Dollar and include the shipping from France to our warehouse located at 121 North Goldthwaite Street, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104; and any necessary repair or cleaning in order to have the item ready for your house or showroom. We do not handle upholstery neither electrical wiring.

Order Processing & Payment Options: Since there is 7 hours difference between France and Alabama, we will need to check the availability of the item(s) you are interested in before confirming your order. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order. Once the availability of the item(s) is confirmed we will process the order and forward you an invoice via email with the detail of the transaction. Item(s) will be placed on hold for 48 hours from the time of the order for you to send payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Paypal and Check. Payment must be received in the following 48 hours after the order has been processed. Passed this delay, we cannot guarantee the availability of the piece any more. If your payment is received and the piece is available we will process the transaction. No store credit originally issued from Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc can be applied for purchasing the items featured on The French Antiques Warehouse.

Shipping from France to the United States: Once the item(s) purchased, the item(s) is stored to our warehouse in France until its date of departure. We are receiving 40' Containers every 6-8 weeks. Note that some delay might occur due to strikes in Europe or Custom Examination, in which case we have no control. We are fully responsible for your item(s) from the date of purchase of the item up to 30 days after the date of arrival at our warehouse.

Shipping within the United States: We do not ship inventory within the US neither can accept payment for this service however we will be glad to contact several companies in order to provide you competitive quotes (including packaging and insurance). TFAW will not pack nor crate any item prior to shipping within the US. You can also come to pick up your item(s) yourself. We will gladly help you to load your pieces in your vehicle. However it is your responsibility to bring the necessary packaging supply such as blankets and rope and to insure that the vehicle has enough storage capacity to transport the item(s) safely. TFAW responsibility ends once the buyer or the shipping company has picked up the item(s) or if the item(s) is still stored in our warehouse after 30 days from its date of arrival from France. TFAW will not be responsible for any damages caused by the shipper.

Storage: Item(s) will be stored for 30 days after the date of arrival at our warehouse. Your purchase must be picked up or shipped within 30 days after its date of arrival at our warehouse. Passed this delay we will not be responsible for any damage. After 60 days a storage fee of $150 will be charged each month until the item(s) is picked up. None item will be release for shipping until this storage fee is paid in full. This policy is due to the limited space we have in our storage area and in order to avoid damage to the furniture.

Return: We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws and the necessary repairs. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please use our question form to ask us about the item before placing your order. If that rare occasion arises where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within 3 days (by phone or email) of receipt of your item(s). Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for your item(s) if returned in the same condition, as it was when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of the date from which you contacted us regarding the return.

TFAW may change these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting.
