Here is an appealing Demi Lune table made from walnut by the second half of the 19th century. The top can be opened to transform this piece into a small round table. The rectangular elm burl top is sitting upon the mahogany pediment supported by slightly scrolled cabriole legs adorned with acanthus motifs.
