Here is a very country Trestle Table made from solid chestnut by the end of the 19th century consisting of consisting of a thick rectangular top strongly supported by a pair of boldly built straight legs on large feet connected to each other with a long and massive stretcher that insure stability and sturdiness. Here is a very attractive dining table made from solid walnut by the second half of the 19th century featuring a rectangular top extendable thanks to a pair of pull out leaves located at each end and adorned with nicely turned finials. Here is an appealing Demi Lune table made from walnut by the second half of the 19th century. The top can be opened to transform this piece into a small round table. A very nice dining table made at the beginning of the 20th century combining elm burl and mahogany for an appealing result. The rectangular elm burl top is sitting upon the mahogany pediment supported by slightly scrolled cabriole legs adorned with acanthus motifs.
