This is a rare and interesting set of 6 dining chairs made from solid walnut by the end of the 19th century and originally coming from Murcia in the south of Spain. The interesting part comes from the fact that both seatback and seat are covered with the original rush. The pediment is intricately sculpted and stands on straight legs with claw feet.
