Here is a splendid Bed made from lime tree by the middle part of the 18th century during the reign of Fernando VI. This sumptuous piece of furniture features a tall arched headboard centering a detailed cartouche depicting heraldic shield highlighted with a woman’s face flanked by acanthus pattern and in between tapered barley twisted posts mounted with finials. A lovely pair of twin beds made from solid oak at the beginning of the 20th century. Each is intricately carved with oak leaf and foliate patterns from the arched headboard to the pediment with acanthus shaped finials and rosettes, both connected by boldly sculpted side rails. Note that the reddish velvet needs to be replaced. This pair is in overall good condition and for sale as is. Circa date 1900. Mattress Dimensions: 41 ¼”wide/ 78 ¼”long.

Nice pair of wrought iron Italian twin beds made at the beginning of the 20th century both with Faux Walnut finish and colorful floral patterns highlighted by mother of pearl incrustations underneath the cast iron pierced cartouche mounting the headboard.
